Deborah Whitfield-Koger, Owner & Marketing Consultant
Ms. Whitfield-Koger brings 25 years of diverse professional experience to TMG clients. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Ms. Whitfield-Koger also attended the University of Missouri as a MBA candidate. Her broadcast career, including stints as reporter, news director, account executive, announcer, EMMY award nominee, and founding producer of the statewide television program Missouri Outdoors, set the stage early on in her career. Ms. Whitfield-Koger diversified her business portfolio in the world of health care with hands-on experience in public relations, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and quality management. Nisan Harlow, Art Director / Project manager
Ms. Harlow brings 25 years of creative and technical experience to TMG clients. Ms. Harlow attended Columbia College and the University of Missouri as a fine art major with communications as a minor. Her experience lies in art direction, graphic design and corporate image development, retail management and retail marketing. Responsibilities include project conception, development and management; logo design, full color publications, brochures, catalogs, magazines, trade show displays, billboards and web image design and event coordination.

Jordan Milne, Freelance Writer
Ms. Milne, a graduate from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an emphasis in advertising, specializes in advertising design, as well as creative, editorial, features and copy writing. Before joining The Momentum Group, Ms. Milne had been writing freelance for local publications such as The Columbia Business Times, The Jefferson City Business Times, Columbia Home & Lifestyle magazine, and Jefferson City Home and Lifestyle magazine for over a year. She also served as an intern at U.S. News and World Report’s Washington D.C. office.
